New Memetics – Daesmith

Daesmith – New Memetics Here we go with our next one, another tasty one for the Pro B catalogue. We welcome Daesmith for his first outing on Pro B with his new EP, New Memetics.

Things kick off with the original, which sets the scene with a solid kick drum that moves along as we get introduced to the acid-touched baseline and melodic pads. The ACID really starts to kick in mid-way through, all while maintaining the drive that is sure to make your body move.

Next up and in welcome return, we have David Calo on remix duties. David already has a remix of this one included in his recent outstanding guest mix for John Digweeds Transitions. David takes this one a little deeper and gives the baseline a bit of a funkier feel until reaching the break, where that very recognisable acid line really pushes through. A stunning job from David.

Last but not least and always welcome Hall North, What we get here is a little kick up a notch, utilizing the main line and big drive around this remix, as you get to the break he takes that ACID line and move it up a key or two providing a more melodic progressive direction, an outstanding job as always, We love all three here and are confident you will find a favourite, if not all.
